I must warn you....you should grab a drink, grab a snack, and kick back while you read this! It is going to be a L-O-N-G post, more like the longest party post ever! Lots to share with you :)
My big girl turned 4 on October 23rd. She had picked out the theme for her party almost a year ago...no joke. She loves, loves, loves, zebras! She points out anything with zebra print and you know it's everywhere right now.
On to the fun party stuff, but first of all I'd like to say THANK YOU to my husband for being the most wonderful provider. He is such a hard worker. You all know how expensive it is to throw parties! Thank you to my amazing mom, my dad (helped cooked dinner for everyone), my sisters, my friend Bethany who inspired me with many ideas, AND my friend Paula Stiller who took absolutely gorgeous photos at the party. There is no way I could have done all of this on my own. I appreciate every little thing or detail you helped out with. Thank you! Thank you!!
This is not in any specific order...I just started writing how I thought it was best :) Invitation was designed by my little sister, however all the wording was written by my super sweet blog friend, Bethany. Thank you for your help with the invite girl!! I loved it! I smudged some info for security purposes, but you get the idea.
I had so much fun planning this party because I had to get VERY creative with most things. I wasn't able to find exactly what I had in my mind so, I put my hands to work....ha! I made this cute photo frame....
I love how she is looking at her frame on this next photo...
I looked for a cute hat, but no luck so, I made this one....
Birthday girl's zebra dress was purchased at a local boutique. Her cute zebra bracelet was found HERE, but I originally saw it on this mom's blog. This mommy had a zebra party for one of her girls. She is the one that told me about the zebra plates from hobby lobby.

My talented and creative mom made her bows and flip flops....don't you love them? :) Yes.....big sister got a pedicure and manicure 2 days before her party. She picked out zebra print nails!...ha!
Little sister's outfit was purchased on etsy.com. You can click HERE to go straight to the store where I found it.

I was inspired to make these "lollipops" by Bethany, who threw the most amazing "Sweet Shoppe" party for her daughter back in July. You can check out that party HERE.

The piñata was custom made and purchased in Mexico. I drove there one weekend to pick it up. It wasn't a big deal because my family lives there.

Big sister hitting her piñata, which is her favorite thing to do at parties!
I made her birthday banner since I could not find one I liked. You can see it hanging on the fence in the background. Did you notice a monogrammed zebra flag in between the tables? I found that flag HERE. All the zebra balloons were purchased on ebay.
I baked and decorated the cupcakes. I also made the cupcake toppers only because I had paper left over from the banner. I got the idea from TomKat studio. Her cupcake toppers are fabulous if you don't have time to make your own! I bought zebra cupcake liners HERE. I also bought zebra print fabric to sew the table runner you see on the table.
Her cake was made by sweeticakes. Thank you Regina for this delish cake! We loved it!
I love how the cake table turned out! The zebra on this table was found at Ross.
I got the idea to make this giant lollipop centerpiece from Bethany. You can see the one she created HERE.
My mother-in-law was here visiting in September. She can draw anything. I asked her to draw a zebra and she did an outstanding job! Thank you Linda! I was so impressed. We played "Pin The Tail On The Zebra". The kids loved it! The tail was a black piece of marabou. I found the zebra print bandana to cover their eyes at Michael's.
Here's big sister playing....
I had a little table with a "zebra" craft. The idea came from this website. Click where it says "zebra stripes". Kids have to glue black stripes on the zebra like you see cousin Victor on this photo....
My sister made these yummy zebra chocolates to give out to every family that came to celebrate..... aren't they so cute?! The molds were purchased HERE. Thank you sister! You did AWESOME! I found the curly zebra ribbon HERE.
I am not one to mail "thank you" cards after the party. I prefer to give out a photo magnet to each family before they leave. In this case, they also got the zebra chocolate and some mints in a zebra cellophane bag. I bought the bags from ebay. The magnets were designed by my little sister. They were printed in Mexico too and my mom brought those with her.
The kids received a paper treat bag with some cute things in it like a zebra mask, a zebra magnet, a zebra bow, a plastic zebra, a black, pink, and white bracelet, etc.. The masks were made by my mom, but I got the idea from HERE.
I made the bows for the girls. Do you like the little zebra on the bow? I bought them HERE.

The girls got a pink bag and the boys got a black bag. The printed zebra on each bag was found HERE. I added a pink little bow on the girls' bag.
My sister decorated a beautiful black basket and was passing around the treat bags after the kids broke the piñata. Can you see some pink zebra plates on the table? I bought those at hobby lobby.
One of my MOST favorite ideas came from Swanky Tables Blog. I loved the idea of a candy buffet table. She has them under the category "candy stations". You can click HERE to check them out....so fun!!
b.a.s.h.f.u.l custom events blog was my inspiration for all the little candy signs...

I ran out of tables so, we had to combine the candy buffet table with the gift table. I made a sign for the gift table as well...
Here's what it looked like....kind of cramped but, it worked out :)
Do you notice the zebra paper lanterns? I bought those from ebay HERE.
We had a big crowd of people. There were 33 kids and 30 adults! Thank you everyone for coming to celebrate with us!

Family photos....
My sister and her goofy boys...
My parents, my nephews, my sister, and us...
This party was by far the biggest one we've had. I absolutely LOVE to throw parties. I am passionate about it, but my husband and I have decided that this was big sister's last party. Little sister will have two more parties, but that will be it. If you would like to see parties from the past, you can click HERE. I am a little sad to not plan another big party for big sister, but I really don't know how to do small parties. At the same time I feel excited about doing other things with our girls. We'd like to celebrate by taking them places and/or small celebrations in school.
I somehow need to get my party fix right? I recently opened an etsy shop to sale some of my creations. My mom and my sisters are helping me too. If you liked something you saw on here, you might find it on my etsy shop by clicking HERE.
Thank you for stopping by. I hope you got some great ideas from this party. Feel free to comment or ask any questions if you have any.
Have a wonderful week!!

I have been contemplating the idea of a zebra theme party for my daughter's next b-day and you have covered everything from A to Z.
