We had the most wonderful Christmas! We drove to Mexicali Sunday night. The girls slept most of the trip :) For those of you who don't know, people in Mexico celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve. Some of the traditions are... we dress up, eat a late dinner around 8pm, the kids burn fireworks outside, we hang out and wait until it gets to be midnight because we open gifts that night. We were hoping the girls were going to take a late late nap and stay up with us. Thank goodness it worked out! They were both in a good mood and didn't go to bed until 1am!! It was fun seeing them opening their gifts. Hannah wasn't quite sure what was going on, but she was laughing and playing with the new toys. She was most excited about the wrapping paper though :):) Ashley was fascinated with the gift tags! Go figure! She loves stickers so she just wanted to pull all the gift tags off...it was funny! I took over 100 photos, but I know you would be bored looking at all of them :) Here are just a few... I love my new camera! MERRY CHRISTMAS!
